Mother's Day in Spirit

What is Mother's Day like in the Spirit world? Do they celebrate or mourn?

These are wonderful questions. The fact that we would be curious about this, makes our loved ones in Spirit sing! Sometimes literally!

Flowers for Mom. Do they mean anything to her?

During a Reading I gave recently, my client's Mom in spirit, came through to visit her daughter. Her Mom brought much excitement for this connection and wanted to share so much! She had passed after a long illness and yet her energy was bright!

My client's Mom kept showing me pictures of chairs; plush, dark coloured and slightly reclined. I described this to my client but it didn't make a connection or sense to her. Me, trying to move on, I asked Mom what more she wanted to share with her daughter today. Mom wasn't having it! She brought me back to the chairs, their colour, style and texture. If you're a client of mine, you know, I give you all the information that Spirit brings through. But these chairs weren't connecting with her daughter, and Mom wasn't going to let me move on without conveying her full message!

I was sweating. This high energy Mom always made sure in life, as she does now in spirit, to make her point clear, as her daughter confirmed. I'm sure my client's Mom was ready to smack me if I didn't get this right!

I took a deep breath, and asked this spirited Mom (no pun intended), to take me to these chairs and show me the room that they are in. Instantly, I was pulled up towards the ceiling to see hundreds of chairs with a platform in front of them. I then heard beautiful heavenly singing move through this room. At this time an overwhelming energy of joy permeated my Reading room. My client felt it too. She knew exactly what her Mom was trying to say to her.

Every year on Mother's Day, my client's Mom would sit in the same chair in the auditorium to listen to a concert where my client sang 'A Mother's Prayer'. Her Mom loved it! My client loved singing! However, since her Mom's passing, she hadn't performed at the concert. She didn't think that it mattered now that her Mom was gone. She also didn't think she could sing this song without becoming too emotional. After this reading, my client will endeavour to sing at the next concert knowing that it means so much to her Mom, even in spirit.

Our loved ones in Spirit draw close when we are in states of happiness. So, the concerts, birthday parties, sport competitions, artistic activities and their happy stories, bring joy to our loved ones in life, and on the other side.
